Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Discover Elementary School
We celebrate these years of childhood by creating an environment where children embody positive attitudes toward learning, cultivating friendships and solving real-world problems.
Spanning grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, Elementary School represents a time of extraordinary growth. In these elementary years, students not only build a strong foundation of academic knowledge, but they also cultivate independent study skills and deepen their understanding of what it means to be a member of a community.
At Grace School, we believe children are naturally curious and creative. They exude a joy for learning throughout the elementary years. That’s why we have an Elementary School program that provides strong core classes, while teaching students to think critically about the world around them as they explore their interests and creativity.
6th Grade – 8th Grade
Discover Middle School
Middle School years are an exciting time of exploration as students discover a variety of academic and extracurricular opportunities, their personal interests and passions, and ultimately who they are.
The Middle School grades (Sixth through Eighth) are a time of dynamic transition and discovery for students—and at Grace School, a vibrant academic program encourages them to take increasing ownership of their learning while nurturing leadership and collaboration skills.
In these years, students are challenged to go beyond their academic comfort zones in a program anchored by engagement with increasingly complex real-world problems, an emphasis on creative and innovative thinking and steadfast social-emotional support through the changes of adolescence.
In Middle School, students complete a rigorous schedule in all core disciplines, and students can choose electives beginning in Sixth Grade. Our curriculum is what separates us from other Houston private schools, and emphasizes depth of learning over breadth of exposure, and its chief vehicles are project- and inquiry-based learning. The spiral of the curriculum is essential and highly apparent in these grades as students prepare for entry into high school coursework.
20 months – 8th Grade

About Grace
13 years ago, we started to wonder…
What would education look like if we combined faith and character values with a STEM-focused program?
What if we could truly inspire children to become compassionate, thoughtful students eager to engage with and change the world around them? Today, we do that in more ways than ever.
At Grace School, we’re a Houston private school that believes that faith and STEM are not mutually exclusive. From ages 20 months through 8th Grade, we teach our students to think critically, make connections and be unafraid to pursue their ambitions despite their uncertainty.

Tuition Assistance
For most families, investing in an independent school requires careful financial planning. At Grace School, we are committed to helping families find manageable ways to pay for their child’s education through tuition assistance.
All families, regardless of income level, can apply for tuition assistance. We understand that each family and each financial situation is unique, and we are here to help you determine the best plan for this important investment.
Grace School seeks to provide assistance to students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Although responsibility for payment of tuition rests with the parents, tuition assistance enables Grace School to partner with families who may not otherwise be able to afford the full cost of tuition.
Before you decide that Grace School is out of reach, talk to the admissions office and learn more about options that may be available.
