On Friday, November 18, Primary School students will have the opportunity to participate in our second annual Thanksgiving feast at 11:30 a.m.  Teachers will be purchasing individual meals from Chick-fil-A for lunch that day.  Please send $5 to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, November 16.

Two, Three, and Pre-Kindergarten Three-Year-Old students are scheduled to take photos on Wednesday, November 9th.  Students in Pre-Kindergarten Three-Year-Old classes need to wear full chapel dress on that day.

Pre-Kindergarten Four-Year-Old students are scheduled to take both individual and class photos on Tuesday, November 8th.  Students need to wear full chapel dress on that day. We will also take pictures of all Tuesday/Thursday Twos and Threes.

Are you wondering what NAEYC accreditation is all about and what it means for your child? Then join us on Friday, September 30th for a parent information meeting at 2:00 p.m. in the Backyard.

Parent Information Night On Thursday, September 8th, Grace School invites all parents to attend Parent Information Night. This is a time for you to ask questions and find out what you can expect from the 2011-2012 school year.

Primary School: 6:00 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. Please join your child's teacher in their classroom for information regarding classroom procedures and routines, parent communication methods, assessment and curriculum.

Early Childhood students will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday on Friday, November 19th with a feast in the courtyard.  The cost for lunch is $3 per child.

Early Childhood students will be planting bucket gardens beginning Monday, October 18th at 9:00 a.m. Gardeners will be filling their buckets with soil and choosing which seeds to plant. Each class will be responsible for tending to and monitoring the growth of their fruits, vegetables and flowers. Be sure to check out the gardens by the Early Childhood playground.

We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to participate in our Love and Logic Magic for Early Childhood: Practical Parenting from Birth to Six Years book study.  We will meet on the first Tuesday of each month and our first meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of the month at 8:15 a.m. in the Molly Anne Smith building.  If you would like to participate, please send a $17 check made out to Grace School to reserve your book.
