You're invited to join the Grace School Fine Arts Department for our first-ever Madrigal Feaste.
This exciting event will be held on Friday, December 9th at Grace School (10219 Ella Lee Lane, Houston, TX 77042) from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
A Madrigal Feaste is a modern day re-creation of the Renaissance feasts held in the great halls throughout England during the Christmas season. This year, our Massey-Tucker Hall will be transformed into a 17th century castle’s feast, complete with festive decorations, music and period costumes. Choir, Theater Arts, and Band students will perform a wide range of Early Music pieces and dramas, as the audience enjoys a Yuletide evening filled with splendor and pageantry.
The $15 ticket price includes a Christmas dinner created by the Grace Presbyterian Church Kitchen Staff and served by our Student Council. The menu is as follows (subject to change):
- Wassail
- Ale and Cheese Soup
- Herb Roasted Chicken with Roasted Vegetables
- Rosemary Red Potatoes
- Plum Pudding
