Help Make a Difference!

It’s been an exciting year as we have seen the eyes of our students and teachers light up with the addition of new technology into every Grace School classroom. More impressive is how we have seen wireless slates, document cameras and interactive whiteboards and response systems engage our students into deeper learning.

No doubt, the impressive remodel of our third grade classrooms has taken top honors. That’s why we’re planning to remodel all of the remaining classrooms in Lower School and Middle School by the start of the 2010-2011 school year. This remodel will provide the same SMART Board technology and eco-friendly materials that are found in third grade. In order to do this, we have launched a $1,500,000 development campaign, which is the cost to remodel the remaining classrooms, bathrooms and hallways.

As a parent and supporter of Grace School, we are asking you to join us in our fundraising efforts by giving to the Classroom Campaign. As a contributor, you will have the option of making a gift to the campaign that can be paid out over three years or you can give a one-time gift payable through cash, check, credit card, and/or stock. We are encouraging gifts of all sizes, but we are asking that each and every one of you consider giving. If you are interested, we have individual naming opportunities for the classrooms and the two computer labs.

We invite you to join us during this exciting time for Grace and to help make a difference for our students. If you would like more information about the campaign or you are interested in one of the individual naming opportunities, please contact Shannon Woodruff at 713-267-5033 or swoodruff@graceschool.org.
