Application Form
Complete and submit an official application for admission. A $100.00 non-refundable, non-transferable application fee must accompany the application.
Early Childhood (20 months+ - four-years-old)
Applications are accepted up to one year in advance. Children are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Requirements include the Application for Admission, Application Fee, Day Selection Form, and Teacher Recommendation for children applying for PreK 3s and PreK 4s.
Kindergarten

- WPPSI-III - Applicants will be tested by appointment with a private educational diagnostician ($175.00 Testing Fee)
First through Fifth Grades
- Teacher Recommendation Form
- Previous Years' Report Cards
- Recent Standardized Test Results
- Entrance Exam Results
- Grade 1: WPPSI-III - Applicants will be tested by appointment with a private educational diagnostician ($175.00 Testing Fee)
- Grades 2-4: exams are administered by appointment in the Admission Office (no fee required)
- Grade 5: ISEE administered by appointment with a private educational diagnostician ($125.00 small group testing fee)
- School visits and interviews are scheduled by appointment
- Scheduled Visitation
Sixth through Eighth Grades
- Teacher Recommendation Forms from math and language arts teachers
- Previous Report Cards
- Recent Standardized Test Results
- Entrance Exam Results - ISEE administered by appointment with a private educational diagnostician ($125.00 small group testing fee)
- School visits and interviews are scheduled by appointment
- Scheduled Visitation
