The 2 and 3-Year-Old Programs
At Grace School, the 2 and 3-Year-Old Programs facilitates the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth of our students. Daily child-centered activities support the individual development of each child’s emotional growth, social and self-help skills, as well as the academic areas of language arts, math, science, and social studies. Teachers watch, listen, and ask questions that promote thought by the child. We teach children how to think, not what to think. The curriculum for twos and threes reflects experiences that are designed to encourage individual exploration and support the development of emerging language and early social skills. The children will “learn about learning” through play and well-planned activities.
