Uniform FAQ for Families
- What company will be providing our new uniforms? We will be using Parker Uniform Service again. They have provided us with good service for many years, have a convenient location for you to purchase your clothing, and have worked with us to find new uniforms that we feel will be a welcomed change for our families.
- When do we need to have all of our new uniform pieces? Next year will be a transition year. So, don’t worry if you have plenty of the current uniform on hand. We wanted to share this information with you now so you can adjust your future purchases. Both uniforms will be accepted next year with the exception of formal chapel dress. All students will be required to purchase the new dress uniform for chapel days and special occassions. The 2012-2013 school year will mark the beginning of our complete change to the new uniforms. - When will the new uniforms be available for purchase? New uniforms will be available June 1st. As an incentive, Parker Uniforms is offering special 10% off shopping days for Grace School families at its 12524 Memorial Drive location.
• Monday, June 20th (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
• Monday, June 27th (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
• Saturday, July 9th (2:00 to 5:00 p.m.) - Will the cost of the new uniforms be similar to our current prices? Yes. We have checked the cost of each new item and prices are similar to what you pay now.
Current Grace School Families
Remember, next year will be a transition year! Both uniforms will be accepted next year with the exception of the dress uniform (chapel dress). All students will be required to purchase the new dress uniform for chapel days and special occassions. There are a few current items that will carry over including:
• Navy slacks and shorts (boys)
• Navy skirts (girls)
• Navy and white polo (all)
• White oxford shirts (MS girls)
